Like a kaleidoscope, colour moves me minute by minute.

As a kid I was obsessed with colour.  Challenging my senses with my eyes, I would pluck things from nature and examine them so closely I could see a rainbow in each object.  Or patiently waiting for the last of the Noxema to be used up, so I could take the cobalt blue jar and stick it on my face, barricading my eye from the sun like I was a Cold Cream Pirate searching for that eternal blue light.

As life goes, we weave through it, get lost, and come out to find ourselves renewed.  Now in the winter of my life I have come full circle.  Softer and self accepting, an implosion which blows my mind and opens my heart.

Back to colour like an old friend.  To create, to contribute, to love.
